Description
This NACE International standard test method provides descriptions of the measurementtechniques and cautionary measures most commonly used on underground piping to determinewhether a specific criterion has been complied with at a test site. This test method includes onlythose measurement techniques that relate to the criteria or special conditions, such as a netprotective current, contained in NACE Standard RP0169. This test method is intended for useby corrosion control personnel concerned with the corrosion of buried underground or submergedpiping systems, including oil, gas, water, and similar structures.
